I am so Embarrassed!

Yesterday as I sat down to check my e-mail I got a message from a blog reader asking me to clarify the amount of yogurt starter listed in the recipe "SCD Whipped Cream". As I was reading my stomach started to churn. I have referenced this recipe at least 20 times since posting it and .... I had the wrong amount of yogurt starter listed in the recipe, this just a few days after I had posted the ranch dressing apology. So I am making a commitment to quit posting at 5:00 am when I can't sleep or at 2:00 am when I need some sleep. I truly apologize for any ruined recipes out there! Both recipes have been corrected.
