Frosted Lemon Poppy seed Loaf

1 recipe Elana's Pantry Lemon Poppy seed Muffins, substituting honey for the agave
1/4 c. yogurt made from 1/2 and 1/2
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 T. honey

Mix the muffins as directed in the recipe but pour into an oiled 7 x 3 x 2 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool.

For the frosting whip together yogurt, lemon juice, vanilla, and honey. Once loaf is completely cool frost. Store in the refrigerator.
