Ina's Pesto Baked Salmon

Some things are just really hard to get a good picture of. I don't think this is a great picture but if you could smell it....the pesto compliments the salmon and this makes such a flavorful meal. My kids who don't like salmon want me to try it with chicken, I bet that will be good too! Another winner from Ina.....I wonder what you are making tonight Ina?

Ina's Pesto Baked Salmon

1 recipe Ina's Easy Pesto
4 pieces salmon
salt and pepper

1. Rinse and dry Salmon.
2. Take each piece of Salmon and lay it on a sheet of foil.
3. Generously salt and pepper each piece of fish and slather with pesto.
4. Seal up each piece of foil. Transfer to a baking sheet.
5. Bake at 425 degrees, rule of thumb 10 minutes for each inch of thickness.

  1. Hi Karen - the picture looks so yummy - but then I know how good it tastes too! And, it is great with chicken! It is one of those busy busy work days, so not sure what to cook tonight - something quick - maybe one of your 10 minutes or less sounds good to me! Glad you are enjoying the recipes, Ina
