How to Bake Spaghetti Squash


1. Choose a squash that is firm and smells fresh.
2. Wash the outside and remove any stickers.
3. Cut in half lengthwise, using a spoon remove all seeds and pulp.
4. Place skin side up in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add water till 1/2 inch deep.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven.
6. Let sit for a few minutes then turn the squash halves over and shred the inside with a fork.
7. Serve immediately with marinara or butter and salt and Parmesan cheese.
