Granola is something I thought I had to give up, but thanks to Lauren at Healthy Indulgences I have found a great recipe that tastes crunchy and satisfying. I have been sprinkling it on fruit and yogurt in the mornings or just taking a handful for a snack. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.
The only change I made to the recipe was to use 1/4 c. honey for sweetener and I omitted all the sweeteners listed in the recipe. It turned out great.
