SCD Seasoned Breadcrumbs

1 1/2 c. almond flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. paprika

Combine all ingredients together and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

  2. Thanks for the comment. Onion and garlic powders are only illegal if they contain starches as anti-caking ingredients. You can dry and grind your own.

  3. I'm not the first anonymous who posted, and this might sound like an extremely stupid question...but how do you create your own garlic and onion powders that are scd legal?

  4. You can dry both garlic and onion then grind them. I have also used the spices from San Francisco Herb with no problems.

  5. How do you dry the garlic and onion? Do you leave on the counter a few days or put them in a dehydrator? Can you grind them with a blender or does it have to be a 'grinder'? New to all this. Thanks!
