When I saw this post on Mrs. Ed's Research and Recipes I couldn't wait to buy some shrimp and try it out. This recipe is golden; quick, easy, flavorful, colorful, and delicious. I think it would make a great dish to serve to guests.
I made a few changes, I substituted coconut milk for the yogurt and I didn't have any cilantro for the garnish so I used chopped scallions and some Asian pepper sauce.
