This is a really good alternative to the traditional "gluten free" bread that is full of various starches. High in protein and fiber it makes great toast and sandwiches. Another winner from Elana's Pantry.
Note: This bread contains ground flax seed which is illegal on the SCD. Try omitting the flax and adding 1 additional Tablespoon of coconut flour.
