You can find this recipe here. I have to say this recipe has everything I look for in a good recipe. It is has only a few ingredients and is simple to put together but very satisfying. I like the fact that Jim uses a blender to mix the ingredients and then pours them directly onto the griddle. The pancakes are a bit temperamental, cook on very low heat and keep them warm in the oven while you cook the rest.
