Sometimes a recipe just speaks to you and you know it is going to be good. I made this the day the recipe posted at Elana's Pantry. If you are not familiar with Elana's site check it out, she has many SCD legal recipes, takes beautiful pictures and has authored a fabulous almond flour cookbook.
Here is the link to the recipe, I think this one is delicious and would definitely serve it to guests. I did make two changes to the recipe; I substituted honey for the agave and served it with SCD whipped cream.
